62% of UAE Companies Update Content for AI-Powered Search, Report Finds

According to recent research by Salesforce, 62% of businesses in the United Arab Emirates have already adapted their digital content to support AI-driven search technologies. This shift reflects a growing trend of consumers using conversational assistants for shopping and product discovery instead of traditional search engines.
The study highlights that UAE companies are prioritizing the expansion of artificial intelligence capabilities within their commerce strategies. This includes reshaping content, data management, and customer journey approaches to better align with conversational search formats.
Specifically, 62% of surveyed businesses have either created new content or optimized existing materials to address conversational and question-based queries. Additionally, 61% have enhanced the quality of their product content, while the same percentage have increased their visibility across third-party platforms.
These developments indicate a significant move by UAE companies to embrace AI technologies in order to meet evolving consumer behaviors and improve engagement through more natural, dialogue-driven search experiences.
