Description:
A Dubai based advertising agency (BTL) is looking to hire a Business Development Executive (female)
Applicants should possess good communication skills in English with a positive attitude to establish a productive relationship with prospects. Previous experience in business development is essential. Gender Preferred: Female (on dependent visa preferable). UAE driving license will be an advantage.
The job requires interacting with customers for the most part of the day therefore good communication skills are a must. She must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls to do in order to meet targets. The job also requires good selling and persuading skills and a thorough understanding of the company's offerings.
Skills and competencies are as follows:-
• Good spoken and written language skills
• Ability to plan and execute
• Ability to persuade and negotiate
• Ability to work under stress
• Ability to achieve sales target
Remuneration: AED 4,000 plus allowance and commission.
