Description:
Private Investor is looking for an innovative Civil engineer to supervise a construction project from core structure through to completion. Special focus on finishing works is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the construction project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) • Experienced in interior design, fit-out projects and finishing works • Carry out technical and feasibility studies • Assess potential risks, materials and costs • Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies • Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders • Handle over the resulting structures and services for use • Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all related project tasks, with special focus on finishing works • Manage project resources and be responsible for mobilization and demobilization of project resources • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required • Establish Project Execution Plans • Manage suppliers and sub-contractors on site
Requirement:
• Degree in Civil engineering from Accredited institution • Attested Degree from Ministry of foreign Affairs UAE • License of professional engineer • Civil Engineer at least 3 - 5 years of experienced. • Proficient in English language • UAE experience with driving license • Registered DM (Dubai Municipality) engineer • Proficiency in finishing works, site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 to AED8,000.00 /month Experience: civil engineer: 3 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Dubai (Preferred) License: Drivers (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
