Description:
We needed suitable candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can apply.
Job Details:
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports with the Company Secretary.
- Maintenance of office accounts, expenses and producing monthly reports.

Requirement:
