Immediate Position: Technical Engineer with minimum 7 Years Extensive UAE Experience in Roads and Infrastructure Projects. Job Description: The Job Responsibility of the Technical Engineer shall include but not limited to the followings:- • Estimation / Tendering • Project Technical Support • Progress Monitoring / Planning • Quantity Survey and Payments • Contracts / Subcontracts • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. • Prepare and analyze costing for tenders. • Assist in establishing the client’s requirements. • Advise on a procurement strategy. • Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks. • Preparation of Contractual claims and Variation Orders. • Complete study of scope of work and drawings. • Perform technical and commercial review of tenders (Subcontractor’s quotation) for the preparation of Bids. • Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project works. Software: Auto CAD, Primavera, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc. Skills: Must be good in English (Speaking and Writing) High Level Communication Skills Education: Bachelor in Civil Engineering
